Should at any time you would like to establish a private working relationship with the cleaning service professional referred by Peach State Maids to you while he or she is still registered with Peach State Maids; you agree to pay the sum of $3,500 to Peach State Maids as a referral fee.
If you hire the cleaning service professional independently of Peach State Maids, you will be liable for a fee of $1000 for each such service, up to a maximum of $5,000
In addition, you also agree not to solicit or reach out to any of the cleaning service professionals that Peach State Maids refers to you, for a period of 6 months following termination of the relationship between the cleaning service professional & Peach State Maids.
You agree to pay for each violation of this policy for a total sum of $1,000 and the court and attorney fees involved in the case of the matter.
- Revision,Errata & Modifications
