What services does Peach State Maids offer?
- Standard Cleaning – Our standard cleaning is meant for a home that is an “average” level of dirty. This typically means that you’ve had your home cleaned recently or you tend to keep up with the cleaning duties around your home on a regular basis.
- Deep Cleaning – If you’re home is dirtier than an average home, our deep cleaning service can handle that. This service is meant for homes that haven’t been professionally cleaned before or in quite some time, or if you’ve gotten far behind in keeping up with the cleaning duties around your home.
- Move In/Move Out Cleaning – If you’re vacating your house or apartment, let us come and make it spotless so that you can put your energy towards moving. Likewise, if you’re moving into a house or apartment that’s new to you, let us come and make it feel completely new. There’s nothing quite like moving into a spotless home!
- Green Cleaning – If you’re health or environmentally conscious, we offer our green cleaning services. These are the same services you’ve come to love and expect from us but done with eco-friendly, organic cleaning products.
- Same Day Cleaning – Yes, you read that correctly. Peach State Maids is proud to offer the flexibility and availability to have a crew come clean your home the SAME DAY that you contact us. So, if you find yourself in a pinch and need someone ASAP, give us a call.
- Small Office Cleaning – While we don’t offer commercial cleaning on a full scale, we do clean smaller offices.
Pricing Options
Peach State Maids offers two types of pricing options. You can either choose our flat rate pricing or our hourly pricing. For our flat rate pricing option, our crews will clean using a standardized checklist of tasks to complete, based on the service that you booked. For this option, we quote your price based on the service you select and the size of your home.
We also offer hourly pricing as an option. For this option, you’ll pay for our cleaners per hour. So, if you want a specific area of your home cleaned, this would be the best option for you. Let us come clean just your kitchen. Maybe you don’t like cleaning bathrooms. No, problem. Book us hourly just to come to clean them!

When you’re booking your service, we offer the following services, which you can easily add on to your booking that aren’t typically included with our standard checklists:
- Inside the oven cleaning
- Baseboard cleaning
- Inside the fridge cleaning
- Inside cabinet cleaning
- Interior window cleaning
- Blinds cleaning
- Balcony/Patio Cleaning
- Dishwashing
- Spot cleaning walls
- We also clean homes with pets (added fee)
We offer discounts for recurring customers
If you book our services on a recurring basis, we’re glad to offer you a discount based on how frequently you book:
20% for weekly bookings
15% for booking every two weeks
10% if you book us every month
Services we don’t offer
Due to various safety and insurance restrictions, we, unfortunately, cannot offer the following services:
- Biohazardous clean up – any type of bodily fluid or dangerous chemical cleanup
- Home organization services
- Post-construction cleanup
- Hoarder homes
- Carpet cleaning
- Airbnb cleaning
- Exterior window cleaning
- Nothing that requires climbing a ladder
- No chandelier cleaning
- Nothing that requires heavy lifting
- We also cannot clean a home with pets IF the homeowner is not present.
Our incredible online booking platform
Peach State Maids uses an incredibly easy-to-use booking platform. You can even get an instant quote before you book. Just answer a few questions about your home so we know how many bedrooms and bathrooms you have, as well as approximately square footage. You can also select various add-ons as we mentioned above from the portal. As you do, you’ll be able to see the actual price you’ll be paying update right in the portal.
You can also set up the recurrence of your services from the portal and see the discount applied right to your quote, so you can decide what frequency works for you. From there, you can check our availability and select a day and time that works the best for you and book our services.
Best of all, you can input your credit card information right into the booking platform so we can charge you when your services are performed. If you’re booked on a recurring basis, we’ll maintain this information for future bookings, making it extremely easy for us to service your home.
